Long commutes mean long podcasts. I highly recommend “Therapy Gecko” - a comedy podcast from the unofficial therapist of the internet, who is an unlicensed lizard psychologist that travels the universe talking to strangers about absolutely nothing.

Also, noise-cancelling. Noise-cancelling! With or without music, that silence is a comfort I can crawl into anytime with my headphones on the go. Also works on ex-partners who I want to know I’m ignoring, because there’s no way you can’t see these headphones on me from across the road.

I mean, why don’t some people get it? Just a whiff of an essential oil or a dab of body cream, makes all the difference. Whether it’s a good or a bad day, who cares?
